The machine have two variants - model cwr i and cwr ii, which are ideal for accurate layer/multi winding round/rectangular/looped coils, insertion coils, starter coils of ac motors, armature and field coils of -dc motors. The hardware configuration of round wire coil winding machines consists of dc motor, vee pulleys, em clutch, reduction gearbox/shift gears for selection of speed range. The machine is also equipped with solenoid brake on the main spindle non-reversal kick back brake.
